PEGA Lead Architect Location: Pasadena, CA Duration: 6 Months+ Rate: $62.00/hr Job Description: - Design and develop complex CRM application interfaces with Mainframe, web and client server based legacy systems. - Implement POCs and other assigned work packages in adherence to approved designs - Build process flows, activities, assignments, flow actions etc. as identified in the business requirements and use cases documents. - Under the direction of the Principal Architect and Program Manager (PM) work through requirements to determine re-use versus new build - Adhere to design standards and conventions - Complete technical design of all assigned elements adhering to requirements - Review design documents with System Architects (SA) - Adhere to the Design Guardrails and best practices - Work closely with business partners to understand their changing needs and make appropriate recommendations to project scope and approach - Provide technical support and issue investigation/resolution services as needed - Prepare and execute Unit Test Plans - Mentor staff and help troubleshoot/escalate issues when needed. - Work with multiple RDBMS * * *Required Skills:* - 10+ years of overall IT experience with direct experience in implementing CRM, BPM and other Contact Center application systems. - *Certified PEGA PRPC System Architect* having strong Experience in design and development of large scale Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using PegaSystems' Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). - Well versed with Pega Work flows. - Thorough knowledge in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC and Enterprise Java applications. - Must have a track record of Successfully designing and delivering at least one PRPC product or application- Strong Experience with Databases such as Oracle and DB2 - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles and Project Management methodologies. - Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills - Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management, clients, other IT staff, vendors, external partners, System Integrators etc. - Ability to perform software design.
