Resource should have ability to debug the code\data, analyze and locate root cause for production issues. • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Have the ability to interact well with both Business users and technical personnel. • Exhibit knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, including agile methodologies & ITIL. • Display a thorough understanding of the principles of software version control • Have the ability to plan and manage personal workloads • Proactively seek ways to provide a better service e.g. implementing new products or enhancements. • Assist in the management of client expectations. • Build relationships and communicate effectively with both business people and other systems areas. • Have a depth and breadth of technology skills.
