- 1 or 2 technical / application developers with Oracle, IBM Data Mirror
& Data Stage, and Teradata data warehouse software experience
- Need to understand complex data warehouse schemas
- Strong SQL query development capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Data Mirror CDC software on Unix
- Exposure to IBM Data Stage ETL
- Experience with Teradata data warehouse and staging data best
practices
- Help with extracts, transformation and loading (ETL) coming from
application schema thru IBM's CDC software and into the client’s data
warehouse
- Resources will not be responsible for transformation or loading
aspects, but may need to support / advise the client as needed
- Coach client in performing the extract aspect(s) - without
needing a step-by-step specification
- Resources will learn primary applications schema and work with
the client on their requirements
- Will help code extracts for some scenarios for the client
- Strong communicators as this is client facing work
- On-site in Southern CA (South LA)
- Estimated duration 6 - 12 months
- Start date = late October (probably within next 2 weeks)
