Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Consultant Location: Frisco, TX (local preferred and will be considered first) Duration: 4+ Months ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . Responsible for smooth operations of CRM components that includes Customer Interaction Center, Internet Sales Agents, CRM Sales, CRM middleware, and Web Commerce . Provide expertise to correct problems and recommend solutions to problems. . Support end users and other client / TSNA staff. . Engage in problem resolution for SAP SRM related issues. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 5 years in SAP CRM Functional Consultant role, with last 2 years as Senior/Lead * Strong configuration experience in SAP CRM - sales function that includes pricing configuration (IPC) * Strong experience in CRM middleware, and CIC * Expert knowledge of CRM sales business function and business processes, in directing the delivery of the recommended solution * Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within multiple functional areas * Experience in ECC Sales and Distribution module * Leadership capability * Able to work in varied and pressure environment. * Excellent communication skills in English EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Computer Science or technically related field required.
