Start: 11/09/2009 End: 05/08/2010 Rate : $50/hr Position: WebSphere Production Support *** This person will be supporting Websphere application server-this includes but not limited to: installation, configuration & patching server. Supporting and responding to issues to restore system. This is not a developer position, please do not submit developers. Person should have Managed and supported Websphere servers running applications in a operations mode*** Description: We are seeking a Senior Production Application Support to Provide Level 2 (Operational SME) support for enterprise applications and their components to ensure application availability to the business. Proactively monitor applications, changes and incidents to maintain service levels. Administer and enforce IT standards/processes.
