Proven problem solving and trouble shooting skills in a 24x7 support environment. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to understand the "audience" and tailor the communications appropriately. Moderate Server administration (Microsoft Windows & IIS preferably in clustered SAN environment). Moderate expertise in application server and DB administration (SQL Server) to the extent of eliminating / narrowing the root cause of a problem to the application versus platform / database infrastructure. Experience with bolt-on tools such as job schedulers or monitoring tools, messaging, SFTP,FTP, sso certificates. Experience with stress and performance testing, source control, with planning / participation in a Disaster Recovery test a plus.
