Please send your resumes to [email protected] * * Title: Encore Team member** *Location: NY City* *Duration : 6 months+. * *Position Description:* Encore is a centralized service that will be used to build all distributed applications in MSSB. This framework is being built on Electric Cloud’s Electric Commander product. The build framework, will allow development teams to perform builds on dedicated build servers. Builds can be scheduled or “on demand”. All Builds done with Encore will be logged to a central database. Builds that get promoted will cause a Synergy Baseline to be created; therefore, if a defect is reported in production, development teams will be able to re-create a debugging environment. Scheduled builds will allow teams to monitor the quality of their builds identifying and correcting issues early in the development cycle. Encore has a web dashboard that permits development teams to view their build results. Email alerts are sent out on success or failure of builds. The position will also work members of both the AppDev and Source Code Management teams to identity applications which will require restructuring prior to on-boarding to Encore. Additionally, they will also be responsible for working with the Encore Team Lead in testing and implementing Encore enhancements. Additional responsibilities include; 1. Writing build scripts for application in appropriate utility (ANT, NANT, MSBUILD, nMAKE) 2. Writing Perl script to modify Encore processes. 3. Training AppDev team members in Encore functionality 4. Writing documentation as required. 5.
