Design, implementation, and support skills in SAN and storage technologies primarily with EMC and NetApp hardware/software. In addition, engineers should have knowledge of other SAN, storage and backup/restore infrastructures from other leading vendors. Other responsibilities include business case development, storage asset management, standards development, quote generation and review, and budget planning and review. Experience with VTL (virtual tape library) on EMC backup advisor. *2) Position : *Senior IT Security Analyst - Mainframe Operations Support: *Location : *– Livingston, NJ *Duration : *6-12 months * * *Description : * Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of CA’s Top-Secret security software on multiple Z/OS mainframe systems. Experience with SAP on the mainframe, z/Linux, TSS groups, ZFS/HFS security required. Responsibilities include the following; Ø Monitors and maintains the security databases for all mainframe LPARs on all systems. Develop and maintains automated processes for security reports.Ø Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by clients.Ø Monitors theØ environment for adherence to security standards. Defines and implementsØ security requirements for new applications and upgrades. Executes problemØ determination and resolution. Assists in creating and implementingØ security standards, policy and guidelines. Through daily interaction,Ø educates users in security principles, policy and practices. ProcessesØ authorized changes to machine log-on ID’s and security software. CreateØ and delete user Ids; create and modify uid strings, etc. AdministersØ password access. Implements interfaces with OEM (non-IBM) products.Ø Ø Reviews database and recommends and implements changes to improve the security product and service. Analyzes client needs and implements problemØ resolution. Participates in audit activities.Ø Work scheduledØ includes rotating off hour on-call and weekend support. Skills/Experience Required In-depth knowledge of CA’s Top Secret security product a mustØ Excellent TSO, JCL, IBM UTILITIES, JES2, and ISPF a mustØ ExperienceØ with SAP development and production environment Strong knowledge ofØ mainframe Unix (LINUX) Systems service required Strong knowledge of SDSF,Ø CICS, DB2, MVS, SAS REXX, CLIST and or SAS programming skills a plusØ Ø Knowledge of IBM’s RACF security product a plus Excellent analyticalØ skills, problem solving skills e Excellent team player with the ability toØ work independently in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbalØ communication skills.
