The tools used enable the design, execution and optimization of business processes, which incorporate people, processes and IT system integrations. As a process analyst you will be expected to work alongside the business SMEs to understand, decompose and create process applications as a collaborative team. You will be expected to be able to work through the more technical side of the process creation within the BPM tool, where the business cannot create the necessary logic for itself.
