Location: NEW YORK, New York Duration: 3 months+ Rate: Open (Keep Low) The right person will have Cisco Call Manager (Cisco Call Manager Cluster running CM 6.1) experience to support the NYC Midtown Cisco cluster. The candidate should have a minimum of five years experience supporting a large enterprise cluster. Knowledge of other voice systems is a plus (Avaya) The consultant will be part of the Voice Operations team. There primary focus will be break/fix tickets for customers on the Midtown Cisco Call Manager cluster. Also should have an intermediate knowledge of network switching and routing. Job Family Description: Responsible for evaluating the data and/or voice communications requirements. Designs, develops, supports and maintains telecommunications equipment. Ensures voice, data and LAN communication standards are maintained. Recommends solutions to problems and alternatives to current procedures and equipment. Skills: LAN/WAN Administration,Cisco VOIP,PBX Telephony Telecommunications Roles and Responsibilities: Process the information gathered from the internal customer and fulfill Break/Fix requests Walk through the solution with the internal customer to ensure agreement Note resolution and perform ticket closure process Troubleshoot the PBX, Key System, CMS, IP Telephony, and adjuncts associated with the enterprise network Report operational efficiency associated with Break/Fix fulfillment requests via monthly metrics Recognize opportunities to reuse known successes from previous implementations and proposed solutions If you are interested in this position please revert back your update profile along with contact details, rate and two professional references.
