Now they need to upgrade and test the applications that run against the DW. The front end programs are written in HTML, ProC, PL/SQL, and JavaScript. The back end programs are written in C++, Java, and C. MQ Series is used by the systems for messaging and file transfer. The contractor will up upgrading and testing to be sure that all programs work properly with the newly upgraded 11g environment in test before moving to production.
