Role Name: Onshore Coordinator Level we are looking for : Consultant with 3-5 years experience. Location: New York Role Length - ~2 years Role description: The team is approx 20 people working from NY and in Bangalore India DC. This person will be responsible for developing the client relationship and providing direction, scope and efforts for the development and the maintenance efforts. This person will also be responsible for understanding the application functionality and technical development requirements. The technical requirements are primarily JAVA/J2EE and Database skills. Develop strong Accenture resource engagement because our resources are working in client locations even in Bangalore and the client has a very clear visibility to our day to day activities both onshore and offshore. Support the development and maintenance work at Goldman for the REPS (compliance group) work. Manage the client relationship and financials. Coordinate work with the offshore lead. Role requirements- strong JAVA experience, liaise between onshore and offshore teams, client facing role I understand the bill rate is a little low for what we are looking for, but at this point, we really need someone who is the right fit for the role. I would say in order of skill importance, the person should: 1. Have strong JAVA experience 2. Have been in client –facing roles in the past 3.
