The system is comprised of an *MFC/C++ GUI* and various server side components written in *C++ and Java.* The GUI is used by 200+ sales traders across the US to enter and manage orders for US shares and listed options. We process approximately 6,000 orders per day of which 90% are submitted electronically by clients using the *Fix protocol.* * * Candidate Requirements: • *4+ years of development experience* • *Java server development* experience • *Relational database experience preferably Sybase *• *Webpage development* experience including *JavaScript* • *Perl or shell scripting* experience • *C++ server* development experience a plus • Microsoft *MFC/C++ GUI development experience a plus* • *Financial industry experience is a plus** * Job description: Maintain, enhance and support features in the sales order management system.
