years U.S. recruitment.
Job Description:
• At least 1-2 years of experience with technical recruiting for US
based
clients
• Comfortable working with Tier-1 Vendor and clients.
• Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099,
W2,
CTH, FTE, etc
• Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for
United
States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
• Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting
Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate
screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc)
• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill
sets
• High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-
impact
workplace with a small group of experienced recruiters
