Linux Job Description: BEETS system will store and deliver energy usage dashboard and reports (Electric, Natural gas, purchased steam and fuel oil) through off the shelf Enterprise wide application TRIRIGA. New summary, dashboards and reports will be available to the respective stakeholders through a new portal. BEETS will collect and manage information related to existing and proposed buildings for energy cost and consumption, emissions, and other sustainability metrics. The goal of this project is to develop and implement a system that captures data from various agencies and deliver reporting capabilities to support the New York City's green initiative by reducing energy use, reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and reduce Water Use. The BEETS system will also support the goals of PlaNYC and manage the compliance efforts around current Local Laws and future legislation. SCOPE OF SERVICES * Work with the project management team, technical team, and business unit during requirements analysis to determine data integration requirements. * Data transformation design and development. * Business logic design and development, using best practices. * Create tables, population scripts, and insertion triggers. * Services creation for incremental data load. * Services creation for full data load. * Create operational procedures for the data migration. * Recommendation and implementation of Data Federation and Data Services technologies. * Assist in testing efforts, Perform unit testing and fixes during testing process. * Assist the support team during deployment.
