SAP WORKFLOW DEVELOPER w/SAP R/3 5.0, CRM, SRM, ESS, Portals
Inclusive Rate : $40.00 hr. C2C
Location : TX
Duration : 6 months
Skills and Knowledge
• A minimum of 10 years of SAP Workflow experience
• Strong understanding of ABAP programming, function modules, ABAP
classes, reports, dialog programming and ABAP dictionary
• Solid Understanding of SAP workflow concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of business processes in the following functional areas:
HR, FI, AP, AR, MM
• Experience with SAP 5.0 R/3 would be a definite plus
• Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and Imaging systems like FileNet and
IXOS is a plus
• Experience with SAP CRM, SRM, ESS, Portals, and UWL a definite plus
Experience with the following is preferred
• Web technologies like J2EE, ASP.NET
• SAP BI, SRM, APO, CRM, XI
• SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP web application server

SAP - Business Warehouse Developer
Location : TX
Duration : 6 Months
Rate : $40.00 hr. C2C for Sr. Level - $50.00 C2C for Expert Level
SENIOR LEVEL: 3-4 Positions
Basic BW Skills:
• Experience in data modeling, gathering functional requirements,
translating functional requirements into design specifications,
creating info objects, info providers, creating BW reports including
BEX and web application designer.
• Experience activating and enhance business content objects,
enhancing standard SAP data extractors and creating generic data
extractors.
• Experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) using
update rules, transfer rules, and data transformations.
• Experience with ongoing support and maintenance of production systems.
• Experience using SAP-BW 7.0
• Experience creating interfaces into other SAP systems (ECC 5.0C and
above, SAP-CRM, SAP eSourcing, SAP-GTS) Experience creating decision
support / analysis tools. Understands the difference in creating
single reports, vs analysis tools.
Portal Skills:
• Experience leveraging SAP-EP using iViews to render BW information.
• Experience creating same ""look and feel"" attributes as another
portal standard.
• Optional: Experience integrating into a Sharepoint portal.
Required:
• REQUIRED:: (at least for change management purposes of existing
staff) Expect on-site at one of our facilities
• REQUIRED:: Has excellent in-depth knowledge in the platform area.
• Experience working with medium size teams (>5) with both onshore and
offshore resources.
• Experience leading transport / code migration processes Experience

• technical design techniques
• technical solution approach
• creation of QA processes
• creation of team metrics
• coding standards/guidelines (especially in latest-end versions of
their platform.)
• code promotion standards (especially in latest-end versions of their

EXPERT: 3-4 Positions
• SAP/BW certified. Documented experience is a good substitute for
certification. Knowledgeable about SAP/BW new dimension and future
release functionality.
• Has specific Chemical Industry experience.

complex business problems through business process improvement

• Impact and influence the delivery of technology strategies, best
practices, standards, and principles
• Lead and develop architecture/platform guidelines and principles
e.g. SOA and reusability of software components
• Coordinate with global functional and technical teams to establish
Implementation plan for timely and quality solution delivery.
• Facilitate resource planning to ensure projects and operational
support requirements are met
• Supports and/or leads multiple programs and projects across a global
matrix organization
• Must able to convey architecture concepts as part of an oral
