Duration: *Full Time* Billing Rate (USD): 75k-80k/annum [image: *] Technical/Functional Skills: à Experience integrating build and deployment scripts with Websphere Websphere Commerce Server 5.6.x à Experience supporting a large scale eCommerce website, particularly Websphere Commerce Server à Experience supporting Endeca Search in a Windows environment à Extensive experience supporting the system operations of a large scale, 24x7 application running on a hybrid unix and windows platform à Demonstrated breadth of IT knowledge ranging from Web Middleware, Web protocols, Java, eCommerce, Networking, Operating Systems (unix and windows), Server Hardware, Storage, Databases, Performance, Configuration and Change Management, High Availability, Business and Systems Monitoring and Incident Management à System administration knowledge of Websphere Application Server 5.1, IBM HTTP Server, ITCAM for Websphere, Websphere MQ and related middleware in a Unix environment à Highly capable of building tools and scripts to automate and simplify system operations processes in a unix environment using scripting languages or environments such as Korn shell, Perl, etc. à Sufficient understanding of J2EE application packaging and deployment to implement and support scripts that automate the build and deployment process using Ant or similar build tool. à Experience building and supporting environments for development, testing, performance and disaster recovery à Experience managing middleware configuration changes and corresponding lifecycle promotion processes à Works closely with platform engineering matrix teams (including unix, windows, network, monitoring, storage, db2) to implement and support the systems and middleware. Ultimate owner of the entire technology stack even though administrator-level access to many components is not granted.
