Mandatory Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years experience as a Data
Warehouse Designer/Developer.
Desirable Experience:
1. Demonstrated experience as the lead designer/developer of a data
warehouse including design and development of logical and physical
database structures with experience within Oracle RDBMS 10g (or
higher) or other RDBMS.
2. Demonstrated experience using Oracle Warehouse Builder or other ETL
tool which includes data from various types of sources.
3. Demonstrated experience using Oracle Discoverer or other Business
Intelligence Tool.
4. Demonstrated experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
5. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Portal.
6. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Reports.
7. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Scheduler.
8. Actively participated in design/development of a Data Warehouse in
a Human Services/Health related government/public sector environment.
9. Demonstrated experience in staff education and mentoring.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
Data Warehouse infrastructure consists of IBM AIX and Windows
platforms. The Data Warehouse unit does not have sufficient staff to
adequately support the development, upgrade, and maintenance of the
ETL processes, Data Warehouse, and reports. Our client is requesting
the services of a Database Programmer with the necessary skills to
support these tasks. This Database Programmer will require a working
knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, BI tools, Oracle Reports and Oracle
Discoverer.

and VC#.NET, MS-'SQL, relational database management system modeling
and development, and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services including
planning, installation, configuration and deployment, customization,
integration, and web part development.
2. 10 or more years of experience in designing/developing web based system
3. 3 or more years of experience with VB.NET and VC#.NET development
4. 2 or more years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Portal
Services including planning, installation, configuration and
deployment, customization, integration, and web part development
5. 10 or more years of experience with MS-SQL server environment
6. Furnish references of two or more enterprise level projects that
were completed successfully.
7. Ability to work well in a team environment with other managers and
staff.

Job Description:
Our Client has a need for .NET developers support in house staff with
the development of various web applications initiatives such as
Elevator and Escalator phase II, Rider report card, Trip planner,
Interactive Map, Mobility solutions and Share point (MOSS 2007) and
transfer the knowledge to the employees. The consultant will be
required to be very knowledgeable in VB.NET and VC#.NET, MSSQL and
relational database management system modeling and development. The
programs that are developed must be fully functional and fully
consistent with the technical specifications. The type of expertise
and educational background desired is outlined in the attached scope
of technical requirements and qualification criteria.
