The individual in this position conditions data for groups across
Information Services. The individual participates in some aspects
project life cycle from requirements review, to test design, to data
analysis, and troubleshooting.
Accountable Key Results:
The primary role of CICCT Data Analyst is to provide, maintain
and condition test data for projects.
A broad understanding of the overall Wells Fargo banking system
will be required/achieved, in order to effectively fulfill the role
i.e. all the internal and external processes, applications and their
interfaces, and the methods by which they are coordinated in the
various testing environments.
Further, an extensive understanding of the various testing
environments, their participating applications, and cycling processes
will be achieved.
Additionally, analysis is sometimes required to help trouble
shoot why a test could be failing and not meeting the expectations of
the tester.
Minimum Qualification:
Required
The Data Analysts are responsible for all research and
conditioning of the test data.
Completing the test data accurately and efficiently within a
two-week turn around time.
5 years of Hogan Experience
2 years of Shaw experience
2 years of FDR experience
Exposure to the multitude of WF products
Preferred:
Experience with Mercury's Quality Center
Flexible and adaptive when faced with changing needs of clients
and organization.
Responds positively and effectively to fluctuations in workload
which result in higher volumes and pressures.
Prioritizes work effectively and manages time efficiently.
Ability to learn and apply technical information quickly.
BA/BS degree from 4 year institution.
Experience with ClearQuest
Knowledge of financial services industry

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
This resource will provide business process or systems support that
may include duties such as root cause analysis, mapping of current
processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized
improvement opportunities. Experience using SIPOC analysis, process
maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies. May involve
re-engineering of existing processes.
Qualified candidates must have the following experience:
- OUTSTANDING communication skills (will work closely with CIO and CEO
so communication and interpersonal skills are very important)
- 3+ years of Business Process Analysis experience (Banking industry
is highly preferred)
- Quantitative & Analytical Skills Excellent – strategic application
of experience; Demonstrated experience supporting business process
improvement projects
- Methodologies Extensive demonstrated experience in two or more methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive
Sponsors to team members). Influencing skills highly developed.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced
with ambiguous situations
-Must have 3+ years experience working with global suppliers
- Familiar with governance on the basis of Key Performance Indices (KPIs)
- Must have 5 years exp developing and delivering high quality
executive communication including monthly updates
- Ability to collect, analyze and tabulate large amounts of data from
various sources, and ability to summarize it at a high level for
executive consumption
- Must have exceptional skills with PowerPoint and Excel
