*Job : **Weblogic Admin W/ Oracle DB Support*
*Location : **SANTA ANA**, CA** **(**LOCALS PREFERED)*
*Duration : 3-6 Months*

*Rate: 45/hr Max c-c (No Flex)***
*THE CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE: both WebLogic admin (70%) and Oracle DB
support (30%). *
*ROLE*: System/Database Admin
This position will be part of our Infrastructure team and responsible for
the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of our
application and database components. The position requires solid experience
with the installation, configuration and maintenance of our WebLogic 10
Cluster, Oracle 11g RAC database with Streams.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following areas:
- Demonstrated hands on experience installing and tuning operating system
and *WebLogic 10.1 cluster on Sun Solaris* in a high availability
configuration.
- Experience developing and implementing *build scripts* to support
automation of build process(es), backups, maintenance activities and
conducting build/deploy/troubleshooting activities, e.g. deploy
various *WAR,
JAR, EAR applications* in clustered environment.
- Demonstrated hands on experience installing and maintaining *Oracle 11g
RAC database* with Streams, including backups, maintenance activities
- Experience with installing and configuring 3rd Party Software
- Hands on experience with or strong knowledge of installation,
configuration and maintenance activities for the following tools:
- *BEA WebLogic 10 and later* (Required)
- *Oracle 10g and 10g RAC* (Required)
- *Sun Logical Domain (LDOM) and Containers *
- *Oracle Directory, Oracle Access Manager *
- *Business Objects XI*
- Configuration Management, including administration of Configuration
Management tools, e.g., *Ant, Oracle Enterprise Manager, ClearCase*
- Infrastructure design and implementing industry best practices
*EDUCATION/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE*:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with *6+ years* of overall IT
experience or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills and proven documentation skills
- Must be familiar with *ANT build scripts*
- *ClearCase Administration* experience
- *Sun Solaris and Microsoft Server certifications*
