Design database solutions to satisfy application (business and technical) requirements 3. Implement database solutions using available database development tools 4. Provide written status reports to management regarding project status, task, and issues/risks *Required Skills:* 1. Strong experience in Data Modeling, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting 2. 5 years working experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, or other relational database 3. Proficiency in relational database design, data warehousing and database administration 4. Experience in Oracle Designer, Visio design tools 5. Experience in database performance tuning 6. Experience TOAD, Oracle Enterprise Management development tools 7. Experience in configuration management and code version control 8. Experience with Sun Solaris, Digital Unix, HP-UX, Windows NT/2000 9. Good written and verbal communication skills 10. Good technical and problem solving skills; 11. Excellent oral & written communication skills 12.
