Relevant Experience (Yrs): *8+ Years* of as *core DBA*
Technical/Functional Skills:
Ø *Teradata database administration*, *database design*, *ETL
architecture* etc.
Ø Work on *physical database structures design and implementation*.
Ø Experience in Architecting ETL solutions and developing Load
Strategies.
Ø Experience in developing Strategies and Approaches for use of *Teradata
tools and utilities*.
Ø *Performance tuning*/Optimization of *Teradata scripts/databases.*
Ø Experience in resolving production issues at *Intel, India and Hutch,
India*.
Ø Work on *Teradata Manager, Performance Monitor, Teradata
Administrator, DBQL, Erwin* etc.
Ø Work on *Macros, Stored Procedures, Fastload, Multiload, BTEQ,
Fastexport, TPump, and SQL Assistant*.
Ø Work on *FSLDM and CLDM*.
Ø Experience in creating data mapping documents.
Ø Experience in support, guidance and mentoring the Teradata technical
resources involved in projects.
Ø Experience working with version control systems like *VSS, Clear Case
*.
Experience Required:
Ø Strong Understanding of *Teradata DBA*
Ø Good *team player*.
