Hi Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills *Job : **Business Analyst with RMV/DMV exp* *Location : Boston, MA (locals preferred)* *Duration : 12+ Months* I am looking for a strong Business Analyst with previous *State Government experience working for the Department or Registry of Motor Vehicles*. Experience with *Oracle*, specifically *OPA (Oracle Policy Automation*) *Description * Senior Business Analyst *Required Qualifications*: · Minimum of 5 years BA experience that demonstrates the ability to deliver business outcomes in both a diverse environment and in a timely manner · Ability to effectively interact with business users/technical teams/project managers/senior management/vendors · Ability to gather detailed business requirements and organize into traceable, testable and verifiable format using Use Case design/business & functional analysis · Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on the creation of Business & Functional Requirements documents · Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, especially working with and balancing the differing goals and expectations of business/vendors and a centric IT environment.
