ING. h1 okay. but EAD is a plus. *With regard to the .NET developer:* *The emphasis would be on someone with C# and Asp.NET experience more so than anything.* *The real need is for a resource who has coding experience and a strong intel background (Windows 2000/2003, IIS, etc). The developer might be doing some coding but will be more involved with moving a datacenter and the activity surrounding that type of work. They obviously need to be able to do coding as well in the event that we need to modify or build any temporary processes but we're not really 'building' anything here. The design work at a high level will be defined but the individual will need to be able to execute on that plan and understand the detailed pieces which may or may not be defined.
