Responsibilities :*
- Core Java. The candidate should have solid understanding of core Java
concepts and Design Patterns.
- Distributed Systems using EJB and JMS. The candidate should understand the
complete lifecycle of local and distributed transactions and resource
enlistment strategies.
- Prior experience developing on C# or .NET platform.
- Volume & Scalability. The candidate should have a relevant experience
working on real-time trade processing system while solving volume related
technical challenges.
- Clustered Deployment. The candidate should understand pros and cons of
clustered installation of J2EE containers as well as working knowledge of
clustered environments.
- Testing Framework. The candidate should have a good understanding of
principles behind test driven development and have hands on experience with
testing frameworks such as JUnit.
- Database Skills. The candidate should be proficient with SQL, able to
write and analyze complex queries with multi-table joins and aggregate
functions. The candidate should have experience with query optimization and
be familiar with generating and analyzing query plans. Prior experience with
UDB or Sybase is a plus.
- Good understanding and prior experience using Spring Framework is a plus.
- OR Mapping tools. Prior experience using OR tools such as Hibernate is a
plus.
