*Title: SAP Procure to Pay Functional Support Analyst* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Term: Long Term Contract * *Description of Responsibilities: * * *Business Analyst/Functional Analyst on P2P Support team. Responsible for end user level 2 support for Vendor Life Cycle Process and Vendor Master Data, Purchasing functions such as Requisitions, Contracts and PO’s and accounts payable blocked invoice resolution. Activities include answering user’s questions, analysis of data to identify problems or recommend preventive action, researching/troubleshooting problems, batch job coordination, management of support requests from other teams. Must have the ability to walk end users through resolution for problems over the phone, vial email and in person. Requires mostly 8-5 support - minimal after hours support. Must have expert understanding the purchasing function of SAP Material Management (MM) module as well as Vendor Life Cycle/Vendor Master Data. Must understand the process of procurement from contract through payment. Experience with Peregrine is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
