 Job Description :

Responsible for all activities related to the administration of
computerized databases. Assigns personnel to various projects and
directs their activities, reviews and evaluates their work and
prepares performance reports. Consults with and advises users of the
various database designs. Projects long-range requirements for
database administration and design in conjunction with other managers
in the information systems function. Typically requires a college
degree and at least 5 years experience, including supervision.;

Oracle DBA Looking for a senior person with experience in creating and
supporting complex databases in an Oracle 10g Environment (over 323
tables) Extensive skills in Oracle Database technologies focusing on
Enterprise Level. These skills should include both DBA and Development
capabilities Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle tools from Oracle and
non-Oracle vendors to assist in design, development, implementation
and ongoing support of an Oracle 10g based systems Ability to provide
recommendations and guidance on appropriate techniques and tools for
implementing a high availability Oracle Database solution on Linux
systems Ability to consult and assist in database technology
migration: Ability to help migrating a MS SQL Server 2005 database to
Oracle 10g Migration of MS SQL Server Triggers and Stored Procedures
to Oracle 10g Migration of Data and Data types from MS SQL Server to
Oracle 10g Able to guide migration to avoid known pitfalls and
problems that could occur with the migration Ability to use Erwin Data
Modeling Tools Ability to provide performance tuning for complex
queries and data structures Ability to work in a team environment and
to provide guidance to senior developers unfamiliar with Oracle
Technical Skills: Must: Oracle 10g on Linux and Windows Oracle
Development tools on Windows and Linux SQL Server 2005/2008 knowledge
Migration experience from SQL Server to Oracle Complex database
experience (over 323 tables) Database Development and DBA experience
Plus Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and C#

Role:  SAP HR Talent Management Business Analyst
Duration:  12 Month Contract

Location: Atlanta, GA.

Must have solid analytical skills. Must have previous experience with
GLOBAL HR SAP
initiatives, and have a clear understanding of local variations in
requirements and practices. Regular job responsibilities include documentation
of requirements, leading status meetings, updating project documentation.
Project is expected to have a duration of 9 months with the strong possibility
for future phases.

Functional Skills:
• Data Modeling: Knowledge of data modeling procedures and the ability to
identify and clearly define the entities (e.g., persons, places, things,
concepts and events) and associations between them about which the business
must keep data.
• Data and Information Standards Integration: Knowledge of and ability to
apply the Client data and information standards in the Client’s global
applications. Includes the ability to identify the need for additional
standards to meet business requirement for integrated information across the
Company.
• IT Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the key directional trends and emerging
technologies in the IT industry. Includes knowledge of the key vendors, their
strategic and tactical plans, and internal/external advisory services.
• Process Modeling: Knowledge of process modeling procedures and the ability
to decompose business processes by taking into account software and system
capabilities and to ensure reuse, integration, maintainability and efficiency.
• Technology to Business/Business to Technology: Ability to translate
technical information for a business audience and business information for a
technical audience.
• Technology Research and Application to Business Problems: Knowledge of IT
research methods and procedures. Includes the knowledge of technical trends
and the ability to apply technologies to address business needs.
• SAP HR Solution Configuration: Ability to provide advice and develop a
detailed design and customized configuration to support new business processes
and procedures.

Work Activities:
• Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements,
information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering
sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the
requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.
• Develop process models based on business requirements in order to determine
the completeness of the information and process components.
• Develop logical data model based on business requirements in order to
determine the completeness of the information and process components (e.g.,
Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Models).
• Design business transactions based on business requirements in order to
determine the completeness of the information and process components.
• Coordinate the analysis of proposed projects (high-level project
descriptions) with technology service providers (e.g., application development
or infrastructure service providers) in order to determine resource
requirements (people, hardware, software) and to provide consistent
communication during the planning process.
• Validate with client senior management identified business system or
information infrastructure directions in order to prioritize high level
project descriptions.
• Identify and integrate cross-function projects (e.g., decision support, web
development, SAP) in order to achieve synergy and expose commonality.
