The consultant will be responsible for the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of applications. *Responsibilities:* - Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems and applications. - Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. - Completes all technical development tasks pertaining to applications per approved projects and allocated budgets.
