Role: PM with International Banking exp Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration:6 months Rate: $ 50 Start Date ASAP Must have international banking Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff. Additional Job Description Below This position within Ops Solutions is needed to strengthen our support team in multiple merger related project work involved in General Ledger, Account Analysis (monthly balance and activity information on accounts), Item and Check Processing (Doc Collections, Check Collections, Cash Letters) Demand Deposit, and Statistical gathering Job responsibilities entail the standard business analysis duties within the EPM: Providing leadership in planning and analysis, authoring requirements documents, define test plans and scripts. Assist users throughout user acceptance. Track all defects in Quality Center and report out to various areas. At times, provide subject matter expertise to International Operations staff regarding production issues. Candidate must have excellent communications skills, be detail oriented, self directed, analytical and motivated. Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure. Ability to work well within a team environment. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Travel: Occasional travel to Charlotte. Required skill sets: Expertise in business analysis, project management, International business and payments, SWIFT messaging, Mercury Quality Center (all modules). Candidate must be highly proficient in their knowledge of Wachovia/Wells Fargo International applications and processes, Quick Test Pro, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project. Candidate must have a very strong technical background with at least 15 years of prior experience in an IT development capacity. Required technical skills: Oracle database, MQ Series, Actuate, Autosys and Websphere application server. College degree required.
