Main Duties/Responsibilities:
. As member of the IBD IT Spider team the candidate will focus
delivering development projects on time including the following
responsibilities:
. Perform data and technical analysis on key applications.
. Work with user community to agree and ratify requirements.
. Analyze reporting requirements to ensure data that is populated is
comprehensive.
. Gain understanding of Spider modules such as Revenue, Expenses, and
Client Relationship Management.
. Work effectively with team members in other locations situated globally.
. Participate in technical analysis, requirements gathering and testing
to ensure functional quality and accuracy
. Work in an extremely fast and dynamic environment
. Document on delivered functionality
. Involved in full development lifecycle development projects
Required Experience
. 5+ years of total software development experience in IT industry.
. Minimum of 2 years of experiences as a business analyst / data analyst
working on data warehousing projects
. Experience in writing detailed technical design specification.
. Proven track record in delivering application solutions.
. Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Desired Experience
. Experience on data warehousing, reporting projects
. Experience in IT supporting Investment Banking Business
. Experience with Business Objects
Required Technical/Business Knowledge
. SQL (Oracle preferred)
. Data modeling and relevant tools
. Strong oral and written communication skill
. Strong analysis and problem solving skill
