Here's some brief details that I have: 1. 12-15 years total experience 2. 5-8 years as a PM 3. Experience of managing WebSphere Commerce based projects required 4. Very strong written and verbal communication skills required 5. Experience with a large E-Commerce implementation 6. Experience on large projects or Fortune 500 companies a plus 7.
