Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: Performance Tester ((Locals/Nearbys 1st Preference)) Position: 2 Duration: 6 months Location: Bloomington, MN Interview: Immediate MUST HAVE: - Extensive testing in loadrunner on oracle applications and performance testing. - Configure LoadRunner to work with Oracle R12.1.1 (including solution for what seems to be a possible compatibility issue of LoadRunner 9.5 and Oracle 12.1.1) Consultant will: - Validate Client's proposed testing objectives and scenarios and establish a test strategy/plan to support the testing. - Determine Client's need to define non-functional requirements and at what level to compare against Client's performance test results. - Provide input to the Client Project Manager required to build a detailed project plan. - Identify Client resources needed - Write and unit test data driven LoadRunner scripts capable of being executed in multiple variations and test cycles. - Prepare data template for Client on each scenario and council Client's functional leads on how to fill these in - Execute scripts in multiple variations, in multiple testing cycles and in a multiple site load generation mode to get Client to a point where they are have passed unit testing. - Partner with Client's DBA and Systems Administration team on associated batch processing testing where volume data generated by LoadRunner is required. - Prepare test analysis/results reports and, along with the Client's team provide recommendations for tuning the application, database or servers. - Provide knowledge transfer to the Client's technical team during the script build, execution and analysis.
