Job Description
• This position is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis
Consolidation team.
• Position is responsible to ensure key finance deliverables are met
on time with a high level of accuracy.
• Key deliverables include monthly internal and external scorecards,
monthly close packages, outlook packages and regional review packages.
• Minimum 3 to five years prior experience in accounting/finance.
• Excellent communication skills, highly motivated team player with
the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to manage/meet tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting required. MBA plus.

Successful candidate will need the following skills:
- Detail oriented
- Broad situational awareness to manage scheduling of 4 test
environments 6 months + into the future with consideration for
specific release needs
- Familiar with COBOL and Tandem code concatenation and move
requirements, previous experience with Endevor and RMS preferred
- Process oriented
- Proactively monitors and manages the Change Management process for
all test environments
- Self motivated and independent
Administers the code Change Management process of Global Clearing's
IBM and Tandem applications. Responsible for managing the scheduling
of four test environments, links, simulators, partner connections, and
code deployment into these environment for all Global Clearing
projects. This includes ReArchitecture projects, Refco, CCAP OFAC
Scanning, Competitive Parity, GES Decommission, AutoConvert, SWIFT
Annual release, and Enterprise Release projects.
Develops & implements procedures for maintaining and or enhancing the
integrity of systems applications. Ensures the existence of
development and service standards. Ensures that requirements are
clearly defined and testable. Responsible for the creation and
execution of detailed test plans and scripts to verify software
functionality and adherence to business requirements. Execution of
scripts will include progress reporting, defect tracking and risk
assessments. May be responsible for the maintenance, training, and
information communications for tools used to support the product
development process.
