Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills *Job : Senior Web Programmer* *Location : Manhattan, NY* *Duration : 3+ Months* *Rate : **$45/hr** c-c (all inclusive)* The hired candidate in this position focuses on the actual development and support of HR-Applications within the Corporate Compensation area and may be involved in design sessions with the team. Support includes compensation directives including year-end recommendation and employee performance processes. - *6+ years* experience with enterprise-level relational databases, with very strong *database skills (MS SQL Server and Oracle*) including demonstrated skills in creating *stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, joins, indexes*, etc. - Exposure to full lifecycle of database and reports development is needed; candidates with strong relational and/or dimensional data modeling skills, *Cognos report 8** *along with *data warehousing* experience will be strongly preferred. - *3-5 years* of *Java*, including *Java server-side** experience* in a * J2EE** environment*, experience with *JDBC** *and *JDK 1.4/1.5* with *JSP * and *Servlets* development, *Websphere / LDAP / SiteMinder* application server integration, preferably in a *Human Resource* *environment*. - Hands-on knowledge with *JSP, Servlets, JSTL, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, DHTML, JSON, DOJO* and distributed architecture concepts and development techniques is desirable. - Exposure in implementing *DTS* and/or *ETL* - Experience in *SDLC* (specifically *Unit Testing* and *Integration Testing* phases) - Must possess time management skills in a busy environment.
