Location: Yorktown Heights, NY Duration: 12 months Software Engineer. Work closely with statistician researchers in BI analysis research projects. Obtain, clean and organize large amounts of data. Develop and maintain new and existing Java and Flex applications. *Requires knowledge of Java, SQL, and Database Design (especially DB2). The DB experience needs to be able to set-up schemas, and rows/columns.* *Flex/Actionscript* knowledge, Linux experience, Web 2.0 Technologies, and prior experience dealing with Web Crawling and Web Analytics are big pluses. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and *three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer. 6 - 7 years of JAVA*....
