Design technology solutions to meet business requirements. . Act as a key technical resource for the development team . Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required . Experience with all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Experience in implementing Microsoft web/windows based technologies and relational databases such as Oracle or SQL-Server. . Demonstrates a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks and goals. . Self motivated person and work best in a team environment . Apparel industry experience is a plus . SDET - Software Design engineer in Test - Job Description: Primary focus will be on increasing the quality, flexibility, coverage and performance of test Automation. . Work closely with a small team of testers, developers, program managers and lab engineers to improve and insure high quality solution accelerators. . Participate in the development of the team's evolving test automation architecture, design and framework. . Develop test automation plans, tools, components, scripts and documentation. . Maximize automation coverage and completeness across multiple feature areas. . Execute test automation and conduct analysis of results to find automation and product defects. . Identify and communicate key quality risk areas . Perform high value Quality investigations and ad-hoc testing where needed. Required Qualifications: 4 plus years of demonstrated experience in the following required, Microsoft experience Must: . Strong proficiency in C# programming and debugging . Experience developing automation for WinForm based UIs . Knowledgeable about working with APIs using Reflection . Competent in XML driven programming . Comfortable working with SQL Server schemas and stored procedures . Knowledge of Microsoft and/or industry testing standards, methods and conventions. . Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills and experience. . The demonstrated ability to learn new information & technologies quickly. . The ability to communicate and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent work experience/training. Preferred Qualifications: . Experience designing and developing custom test tools and automation suites. . Experience with Magellan, WTT, MAUI, and UIPilot test automation tools. . Familiarity with Visual Studio and the .NET framework. . Moderate working knowledge of networking and Microsoft server and client operating systems. . Experience with Product Studio or equivalent bug tracking system.
