ArcGIS Server/.Net developer with experience developing desktop and
web-based applications using ESRI ArcGIS Server, ArcObjects, and .Net.
Project Description Business Products · Development of ArcGIS Server
applications for continuation and enhancements of District business ·
Development of ArcGIS Desktop custom applications using ArcObjects ·
Development of .Net web-based applications Technical Products This project
has been tasked with creating/modifying the infrastructure necessary for the
acceptance of additional applications and application information.
Resources Requirements The resources required for this project along with
the necessary skills are as follows:
Position / Role Skills ArcGIS/ Server/.Net Developer
· Intermediate level experience in ArcGIS Server development v9.3.
· Knowledge of the ArcGIS Server REST and JavaScript API's.
· Intermediate level experience in ArcGIS Desktop development v9.3.
· Experience with ArcObjects/COM development
· Basic knowledge of geographic principles and cartographic techniques
· Intermediate level experience developing Client/Server and Internet
applications and Windows form based applications using some or all of the
following: ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, Javascript, XML, Visual Basic, HTML.
· Experience with data access technologies such as Oracle/MS SQL Server
· Excellent communication skills, attitude, and interaction with users.
· Technical Documentation experience is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities of Contractor Perform detailed analysis and
design for the system(s).
Ensure that applications meet requirements and standards. Communicate issues
and progress to project manager.
