Rate: $50/hr *Responsibilities** * ** · Participate in Requirement Gathering and Analysis · Prepare ETL Design, Strategy and Specifications. · Assist in the design of an efficient, reliable Data Model, ETL Scripts · Prepare Unit, SIT and Performance ETL test cases. · Participate during User Acceptance Testing, Maintain Issue Tracker · Should be able to inculcate Best Practices and ETL Coding standards and execution model. · Should drive Knowledge Management and Reusability for ETL components in the project. · Should be able to develop and test Mappings independently and help other team members. · Should be able to do effort estimation, train, hire and manage a team of 5-10 people. · Be able to perform database/ETL optimization · Perform unit and system testing and data validation *Requirements*** · Candidate should be a graduate in BE/MCA/M.SC Computers as per HR guidelines · Should have Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills to interact with users, leads, managers and peers/ subordinates · Should able to Front End during customer interaction & Project Execution experience · Should have knowledge on MS-Project Planner, Scope, Assumptions & Issue Tracker system · Should be a keen learner, self-starter and coach the team · Should have complete knowledge prior experience of SDLC Life cycle or DW implementation methodology · Should have good knowledge on DW Concepts and vertical Domain · Should have at least 3 to 4 years of DW implementation/production support (Case resolution) experience in ETL tools. Overall 4-6 years experience.
