He/She should have atleast 4-5 years of experience in MOSS 2. Ability to communicate with client and understand requirements 3. Prepare design document and give solution to client 4. Communicate with offshore team (3-4 ) 5. Knowledge of FAST, Infopath and Nyntex workflow will be an added advantage 6.
