Responsible for the engineering planning, design, implementation, and
operation of Unix and Windows Midrange computing platforms for n-Tier
application architectures. Responsibilities include research and
development of new technology and engineering best practices, as well
as the implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for
enterprise and Line of Business applications.
Nice and/or Witness Call Recording( Nice preferred); Avaya Auto
dialers; Aspect WFM.
Position requires strong knowledge and experience with Help Desk and
Troubleshooting processes as they relate to Contact Center Technology
platforms, specifically supporting Nice and Witness Call Recording,
Avaya Auto Dialers, Aspect Work Force Management and web-based
intranet applications.
Candidate should possess skills and experience with Issues Resolution,
Defect Management, Performance and Monitoring tools and processes.
Candidate should also be accustomed to a high volume, high stress
environment dealing with multiple issues and priorities
simultaneously. The position requires advanced problem solving skills
and experience within the Contact Center Technology space.
Troubleshoot user, application, and network issues with Nice, Witness,
Aspect’s WFM, Avaya auto dialer, OnQ and Calltech platforms, and
web-based intranet applications. Knowledge of PC hardware, software
and networking issues. Independently resolve break-fix issues, network
connectivity and application related questions for listed products.
Coordinate with the appropriate subject matter experts and 3rd party
suppliers to resolve issues. Assist Project Managers in the end to end
process for destination moves and hardware/software upgrades. Role
includes client interviews, technology evaluations and
recommendations, developing integration requirements, application
configuration/distribution, UAT, on site resource management,
technical training and Day One support. This position requires 24x7
coverage on a rotation cycle.
