Candidate should be very skilled in all MS Office applications, Visio & MS Project. Should have working knowledge of the WERCS, GHS, & SDS authoring systems. Also desirable is an understanding of data migration, systems/software integration & implementation, software/systems testing methods, from a technical perspective. The ability to work with tight timelines & learn the technical pieces of the project quickly is a must. The candidate must be a self starter with high technical & documentation competence. Desired Skills: Prior exp/know of environmental, SDS, GHS, health, or safety software applications/systems is beneficial, but not required. Assignment Description: This position will be working on a complex project involving global resources across various business units. The position will report to the SP Project Manager and interact directly with end users and technical resources in various countries. Some of the responsibilities of the position are, but not limited to: documenting and developing the design specifications, developing and/or reviewing test scripts, working with vendor to create SP System Development Lifecycle documentation for non-GMP application. The Project involves the integration of two safety data sheet (SDS) systems into one, the implementation of a Global Harmonized System (GHS) for labeling, and the implementation of a new reporting tool for the SDS system. None of these systems will be validated according GMP/GLP/GCP guidelines, but good documentation is expected. Half of the core project team will be located outside the US and the position will be expected to interact with these members frequently in order to accomplish their tasks.
