Position Title: RATIONAL CLEARQUEST ANALYST
DESCRIPTION: I have an immediate backfill opening for someone who has
integrated Rational ClearQuest and Remedy.
S/He will be responsible for managing the attached Statement of Work
REQUIREMENT: Ideal candidate must have integrated Clearquest with Remedy
full cycle, from requirements gathering to knowledge transfer at the end of
the project.
"Finalize and confirm interviews and requirements documented, as part of the
ClearQuest Remedy Integration Assessment, with respective Project Managers
and Team Leads (Webteam, ACCMS, AdminServices, CAFM, CCMS v2, and ISB) to
ensure the documentation continues to meet AOC's requirements related to
ClearQuest Remedy Integration. "
"Modify the following documentation, as necessary, to accurately reflect
AOC's current requirements:
. Use Cases by roles and responsibilities
. Data model and sequence diagram
. Software specifications
. Architecture diagram " Utilizing the ClearQuest Remedy Integration
requirements document and specification document, create a conceptual design
mock-up and prototype of the proposed ClearQuest Subversion Integration
solution.
Present the ClearQuest Remedy Integration mock-up and prototype to all
interested AOC personnel.
Solicit feedback and make any necessary modifications.
Obtain sign-off from respective AOC personnel that the prototype
demonstrated supports their needs and is approved for development.
Utilizing the ClearQuest Remedy Integration requirements document,
specification document, and mock-up prototype, implement the solution in a
pre-production environment for validation by AOC.
In the pre-production environment, perform a series of tests (i.e. unit,
integration, etc.) to ensure the integration meets requirements and is
working as expected.
Create a test plan, document test scenarios / test cases based on
requirements and capture test results during and upon completion of test
execution.
AOC to review the system in pre-production and perform user-acceptance
testing. Obtain final sign-off from AOC prior to deployment in production.
Conduct a ClearQuest Remedy Integration training class for each team
on-boarded (Webteam, ACCMS, AdminServices, ISB, CAFM, and Phoenix) to ensure
users are adequately trained on the system with the intent they will be able
to use the system independently.
Implement a fully functional integration between ClearQuest and Remedy with
necessary user configuration based on respective roles and responsibilities
for teams identified in the prototype and design process.
"Provide CCMS v2 and other relevant teams with technical assistance to
transfer Know-How with the aim of enabling these AOC users to become
self-reliant with respect to the functions, features, deployment, operation,
support and maintenance of the ClearQuest Subversion Integration.
Further ensure the ETMS administrator, or the like, is able to continue
mentoring AOC personnel and continue administration of the integration at
project completion. "
