Telecom Analyst Job Function: System analyst Location: WHIPPANY, New Jersey Rate: Open (Do the best) 6 months+ Job Description: This position will create ECM change controls and secure approval for all carrier maintenance on all data circuits. Client's leases circuits with 29 different carriers and has 54K leased circuits . This position will monitor the maintenance portal , contact the vendors , identify impact to LOB and look up all engineering documents to identify impacted network components. This position requires in depth working telco carrier experience .
