A new data model and a major new module are being developed. The primary focus of this position is to update the large volume of existing COMS modules, reports, and data exchanges to the new data model. Additional Skill Requirements: Must have the desire and aptitude for modifying a large volume of existing code. Strong technical skills in VB 6.0 Windows Forms, ASP Classic, ASP.NET, .NET 2.0 (or greater), TSQL and SQL Server 2000 (or greater). Need excellent verbal and written communication skills, discipline, excellent team collaboration skills, and is proactive and responsive to changing business needs. General responsibilities include production support, implementation and systems upgrades. Specific job responsibilities include end-user support, systems and business analysis, documenting business processes and systems requirements, designing future business processes and systems requirements, systems configuration and systems testing. This client is currently on version 8.9 and this position will provide remedial help resolving issues in the short term. They are planning an upgrade to version 9.1 in the summer so this position will also work on the upgrade. Looking for a Functional PeopleSoft Analyst with strong experience with Research. Responsibilities Systems Analysis: Responsible for helping to facilitate the development of end-user requirements; documenting such requirements and working with technical staff to implement these requirements. Participate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assisting with user acceptance testing.
