Position: 2 Rte: $30/Hr on C2C The User Experience team at Clients Online Services is looking for a Junior Visual Designer with three years of experience and a passion for visual communication, user-centric interaction design, collaboration, technology and application design to join our close-knit group of digital professionals. Reporting to Creative Director, the Junior Visual Designer will create websites, rich media units, marketing materials, interactive presentations, and online web interfaces. The successful candidate must be someone who is passionate about design and has a fluent understanding of the user experience. *Key Responsibilities:* The Junior Visual Designer works closely with the creative team to help formulate the global digital design strategy. He/She is responsible for the creation of visual brand assets and web/interactive experiences to advance Clients global strategic initiatives. The Junior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating rich interactive solutions. Required Skills/Experience: Ideal candidates will have a convincing portfolio and proven track record designing web and banner interfaces that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are usable. Past experience on projects where the focus was on designing for the end user experience is a must. o Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience (fine art, graphic design, interactive design etc.) o 3-5 years experience as an interaction designer or visual designer o Must have strong Photoshop, Illustrator o Demonstrated understanding of website usability/web optimization best practices o Understand core design methodologies o Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required o Ability to conceptualize and communicate compelling and effective ideas. o Good communication, time management and collaboration skills o A strong portfolio, illustrating a history of successful interactive design *Daily Responsibilities:* Work closely with creative team members, user experience architects, copywriters, developers and others to produce a team-driven end product that leads to a break through user experiences.
