NEED BSA & QA TESTER • Experience 6 - 8 years with 3 - 4 working with any or all of the following applications Dialers in general, CRQM, eWFM, CTI / ANI with LPS interface • Most critical skills, CTI / ANI with the LPS knowledge • This person needs to have very good people skills with the ability to draw out from the customer the details needed for each of the packages that will be delivered. • Must have the ability to adapt / come up to speed quickly due to delivery schedules. • Very detail focused with the ability to get sign offs of the requirements in relatively short period of time. • Will help create testing scripts for each of the product deliveries Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Capital One standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA’s involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Project: BI COE Role: 2 positions - Cognos Framework Manager Designer and Developer Start Date: 2/22/2010 End Date: 4/16/2010 Rate: 45/hr Brief Project Description: Develop new, extending existing frameworks for Cognos ReportNet v7 and v8. Perform analysis of existing reports and extend them with new attributes and calculations. Analyze requirements and implement technical solution. Role Description: Work with small work tasks associated with analysis, design and implementation of reports and frameworks. Review existing Cognos reports and understand their structure, business rules and underlying data model. Review source systems for creating new or extending existing frameworks using Framework Manager. Review target report specifications, enhance the target report specifications and implement the reports. Write documentation for testing and deployment. Support testing and deployment to the production system. Testing and deployment will be performed by another group. Provide daily and weekly status to the Project Manager.
