Req Details:
1.Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint.
2.Excellent communication and customer facing skills and must have the
ability to communicate with major stakeholders.
3.Architect requirements
a. Solid Infrastructure background MOSS 2007
b. Need to be able to talk to the business and IT
c. Talk strategy and best practices (SharePoint customizations)
d. Lifecycle and decision process (use Msft lifecycle management
internally)
e. Client expectations are for a highly available platform for both standard
and enhanced environments.
f. Face time with C and Sub C level could drive direction
4.Use Enterprise SharePoint features and provide customizations (custom web
parts) and integration of 3rd party web parts
i.Strategy on how to maintain a standard plus enhanced environment
5.In addition to MS SharePoint candidates must also have some solid
background with some SQL Server DBA skills and be proficient in standards
around SQL (SQL Constrained delegation).
