Role :Oracle PL/SQL Location: PA Duration 6-12 months, Contract to Hire Initial Interview will be followed by Face to Face. Here are some notes on this from my meeting with the manager about this position today: . Contract to hire and will consider H1 sponsorship. . Had to be hands on technical/developer . Solid data warehouse experience (Oracle/PLSQL) . Looking for someone who worked on marketing related projects, not as a user but as developer. . This position boils down to 3 things: 1. email marketing and/or campaign management (key words we can use) 2. PL/SQL development 3. Oracle development Responsibilities: - Lead development and implementation of tools & technologies to support email marketing/campaign management initiatives for the client - Create and present solution alternatives. - Deliver technical documentation such as architecture plans, specifications, and design/testing documents. - Develop and enhance email mktg application code based on project documentation including written requirements, flow diagrams, UI design and data designs.. - Assist in the estimation of work for the email marketing projects by defining task breakdown, project duration and concurrent effort. Qualifications: . 2-3 years demonstrated development experience with database marketing/campaign management/email marketing applications involving CRM tools/providers such as (not all) Infor CRM, Unica, SAS, Responsys, e-dialog, Yesmail etc. . At least 5 years of technical experience with databases and data warehousing tools (database design, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, reporting tools etc) . Demonstrable experience managing dynamic projects on tight schedules. . Understanding of database performance implications and architecture best practices. . Ability to handle large data sets, knowledge of data integration, validation and processing methodologies. . Knowledge of enterprise application development, from underlying database design to developing multi-tier web applications. Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred. . RTH with the intent to convert . Conversion salary will vary dependant on skill level: $80 -90K . Candidate must have experience with Email Marketing applications . Candidate must have experience with Data Warehousing . Candidate must have experience with marketing related projects .
