Location: Trenton NJ Duration: 12+months Rate: 37 /hr Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Oracle 10g Required 5 Years Windows Server 2003 Required 5 Years Windows Server 2008 Required 1 Years Experience establishing high availabilty server environment (3 tier) Highly desired 5 Years Create technical guides/manuals for future team work Required 3 Years Strong verbal & written communication skills Required Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal. Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: Actively contribute as an expert or actual designer. Develop project implementation plan and ensure project is on time and budet. Create technical documentation to be used by staff for subsequent high availability installations. Ensure any anomolies in installation are clearly noted. Mentor internal staff. Effectively lead QA tests and create test scripts to ensure the environment is functional. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Installation Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. Apply specific expertise to ensure that products meet defined customer objectives. Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team. Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner. Identify and track issues, risks and action items. Must be a team player.
