Previous experience at Thomson Reuters is not particularly helpful. The Paisley division is quite different from TR divisions from an architectural perspective. We need people with strong computer science fundamentals, not Java EE skills. People who have Java EE experience as their only exposure to OO, especially in slower-moving IT organizations are likely to be rejected without a phone screen. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. *Local candidates only*.
